We design and manufacture the world’s leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications. Primary Activities/Duties Modify Rittal products to meet customer specifications. Perform First Article Inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct paint touch-ups as needed. Understand and follow assembly instructions for Rittal products. Maintain accuracy of materials used and recorded. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in daily tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to guide modifications. Use inspection tools to verify product quality and specifications. Perform other duties as assigned. Safety Requirements Wear safety-toed footwear. Safety glasses with side shields. Hearing protection. Additional personal protective equipment as required. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift. Lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments. Work Environment Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise. May involve working near moving mechanical parts and using solvents or lubricants. Knowledge & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing or product modification is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools. Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn software systems as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
