Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Draughtsman, you will play a pivotal role in designing and creating technical drawings for modular buildings. Using CAD software, you will work closely with our design team to bring projects to life, ensuring accuracy, compliance with building codes, and attention to detail at every stage of the design process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Drawing Creation: Produce detailed, accurate technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) for modular building designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design Support: Assist in the development of building layouts, elevations, and other critical design documents to support the modular construction process.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address design issues and challenges, proposing practical solutions where necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are precise, compliant with construction standards, and in line with client expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation and drawing files in an organized manner.
