SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from reputable university
  • 3-5 years of experience in gasoline (mogas/ petrol) blending operations
  • Strong understanding of gasoline blending systems, processes, and technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of gasoline component quality with regards to blending
  • Familiarity with facility system processes, technologies, and applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Strong background in plant and facility systems, logistics and supply chain operations
Responsibilities
  • Develop gasoline (mogas petrol) blending plan given knowledge of operational and component pricing considerations. Good understanding of pricing exposures
  • Responsible for meeting plan commitments on all volumes, grades and destinations
  • Coordinate with schedulers and third-party inspectors to ensure product is at correct quality and on time
  • Interface with laboratory and testing to proactively ensure delivery of quality, and where necessary troubleshoot
  • Establish gasoline blend-schedule and coordinate operations across manufacturing, affiliate requirements and traders
  • Assist with tank turnaround priority planning
  • Develop and execute plan for inventory and tankage optimization in line with seasonal blend changes
  • Seek storage and upgrade opportunities
  • Enable corporate and affiliate compliance with regulatory requirements, SSHE, quality assurance and business controls
