Your Impact As a Mohs Technician, you play a crucial role in the Mohs surgical process. Your precision and expertise help doctors make immediate, life-changing decisions for their patients. Working in our mobile lab model, you’ll travel to clinics and create high-quality frozen section slides right on-site, delivering fast, accurate results in real time. Where You’ll Work You’ll commute (in a company vehicle) to one client site each day across the Bay Area, including: Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Clara Counties. What You’ll Do Travel to client offices using a company vehicle (1 site/day) Set up a fully functioning mobile lab each morning Receive, gross, ink, and embed specimens with precision Prepare frozen sections for immediate review Freeze, cut, mount, stain, and coverslip tissue Ensure all tissue and slide preparation meets quality standards Maintain orientation of vital margins Assist in training new Mohs Technicians as the team expands Provide support to team members as needed (video troubleshooting or in-person assistance) What You Bring 3+ year of experience as a Mohs Technician (Required) Strong interest in medical, scientific, or laboratory fields Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments A team-driven mindset and passion for high-quality patient care You’ll Love This Role If You… Enjoy hands-on work and solving problems on the spot Want a role with autonomy and variety (not the same lab every day) Pride yourself on accuracy, focus, and delivering exceptional work Learn quickly and thrive in dynamic environments Are energized by work that truly helps people Transparent pay: $30–$40/hr DOE Detailed growth & compensation path Generous PTO policy Health and Wellness Stipend 401(k) Plan Our Interview Process — Clear & Simple Zoom call with our recruiter In-person interview with your future hiring manager Shadowing day with our team during active Mohs procedures Final conversation with the hiring manager Please apply with your resume.
