About the Department At the Mold Engineering Department, we aim to design, standardize, and industrialize curing molds and associated tooling that meet customer needs, tire geometry definitions, and manufacturing requirements. Mission In this role, you will: Realize dimensional technical standard studies of curing mold components and associated tooling Apply generic models and conception guides while respecting tire geometrical definitions Define mold designs and associated tools to meet customer needs and technical standards Prepare and deliver manufacturing data on time, including design drawings, technical data, and bills of materials Provide technical assistance on DO data exploitation, including analysis of issues, qualitative deviations, and quantitative drifts Collaborate with manufacturing, industrial, and product teams to ensure robust and manufacturable tooling solutions Who We Are Looking For Required Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields) 0–3 years of experience in design engineering, tooling, mold design, or industrial engineering (New graduates are welcome to apply) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in dimensional and technical studies Ability to work with technical drawings, standards, and manufacturing data Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English Preferred Experience with CAD tools or technical design software Michelin, the leading tire company, is dedicated to sustainably improving the mobility of goods and people by manufacturing and marketing tires and services for every type of vehicle, including airplanes, automobiles, bicycles/motorcycles, earthmovers, farm equipment and trucks.
