SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Performing all production functions and completing mold changes. The primary objectives are to
maximize machine operating time and maintain quality levels.

REQUIRED: 1- 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Preferred: Technical knowledge and aptitude

SKILLS:

Required: Intense physical strength is required to change the molds.

• Responsible for changing molds and all downstream equipment to meet production schedules.
• To identify and resolve any quality issues or machinery malfunctions. Also start up or shut down machinery.
• To fine tune machines so as to improve production efficiencies and minimize cycle times.
• Machine mould malfunctions -must decide how to correct the problem.
