Description SnapLock Industries is looking for a skilled Injection Mold Change Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in changing and setting up injection molds. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production operations. Your Day to Day: Perform mold changes, setups, and adjustments on injection molding machines. Ensure molds are properly installed and aligned for optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold changes and setups. Maintain accurate records of mold changes and machine settings. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address mold-related issues and improve processes. Provide training and support to junior technicians and operators as needed. Help develop and write procedures and standardized work instructions. What We Would Love About You: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in injection mold changing. Proficiency in mold setup, changeover, and adjustment procedures. Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines. Knowledge of 5S, PDCA, SMED, Kaizen and other key principles in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and continuous improvement About SnapLock Industries SnapLock is an industry lead in the manufacturing of modular flooring systems. Responsibilities
