 JOB SUMMARY: Molding Manufacturing Engineer II – Will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts. This role plays a key part in new product introductions, tooling design and validation, and continuous process improvements. A strong understanding of Scientific Molding, either through theoretical knowledge or practical experience, is a key requirement for this position. * Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with clients and distributors to build trust and foster long-term partnerships. * Market Knowledge:  Staying abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to ensure effective product positioning and sales strategies. * Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the team.   * This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in promoting safety within various industries, while utilizing your commercial skills to drive business growth YOU MUST HAVE * Hands-on experience with injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment. * Scientific Molding knowledge or experience is required. * Mold flow analysis and process validation skills. * Process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement mindset. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. * Experience with quality systems (ISO, GMP, or industry-specific standards). * Ability to collect, interpret, and report production data. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
