Adjust machines, perform quality checks, and deflash parts to meet customer specifications. Follow all safety protocols — your wellbeing and that of your teammates come first. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment. Stay flexible — assist with other areas or buildings as business needs change. Show up strong: reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed. What You Bring Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (required). Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus). A mechanical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs safely and effectively. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills. Qualifications Education / Experience: Prior injection molding and extrusion processes experience required. General knowledge of small hand tools is preferred. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 60 pounds, with reaching, pulling, pushing.
