Description Control the molding process to ensure parts meet required quality standards. Ensure that the Following Cards are up to date and contain the pertinent information to produce quality parts. Oversee training of Molding Team Members to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the production of quality parts. Ensure the Team have and use proper equipment to produce a quality product. Oversee to ensure the following cards by Team Members. Train the Molding Team Members to perform their required work both safely and efficiently. Train the department Team Members to understand and follow the information on the Following Cards. Monitor the Following Cards in the Molding Department daily to ensure they are in process conformance. And, any additional duties that may be assigned by Management. Requirements Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Communication skills both written and verbal. Computer skills. Problem solving skills. Knowledge of the functionality of all core equipment and machinery; or, the ability to learn. Ability to work on a team and cooperate with others; positive attitude. Ability to work without supervision; self-motivation and self-direction. Ability to make decisions, results driven and strong follow through skills.

Responsibilities

The Molding Supervisor is responsible for controlling the molding process to ensure quality standards are met and overseeing the training of team members. They also monitor the use of equipment and ensure compliance with production processes.
