Job Description


we're looking for a talented Scientist to join our expert team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a molecular biologist with experience in a GLP, GMP, GCLP or other highly regulated laboratory environment who enjoys combining science, problem-solving, and project leadership in a fast-paced setting.


What you'll be doing


  • Lead and manage client studies from initiation through to reporting, ensuring delivery to quality, regulatory and turnaround-time expectations.
  • Perform molecular biology testing, data analysis and interpretation, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with clients, Quality Assurance teams and laboratory management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Help coordinate laboratory resources, schedules and workloads to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Act as a scientific expert, troubleshooting technical challenges and supporting colleagues across the laboratory.

Qualifications


Who we're looking for


You'll have experience working in a regulated GLP, GMP or GCLP laboratory environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, biologics, vaccines, or CRO/CDMO organisations.


We're interested in candidates who have:


  • A degree in Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences or a related discipline
  • Strong hands-on molecular biology laboratory experience
  • Experience working within a regulated environment (GLP, GMP, GCLP or equivalent)
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results to challenging timelines
