Job Details Job Location: DALLAS, TX 75202 What You Will Do Manage reservations on OpenTable Preforms reservation call-backs and maintain proper phone etiquette Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining Manage waiting guests Designate table assignments Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests Be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server Communicate changes/events that can influence covers Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Who We Are Looking For Ability to use reservation systems Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays) Confidence in personal style and appearance Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail Communication and ability to delegate Skilled in time management This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
