About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in PLCs (Rockwell Allen Bradley or Siemens) to support and enhance automation systems in our fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. The role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

PLC Programming: Design, modify, and maintain PLC systems (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
Troubleshooting: Resolve automation issues across PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
System Integration: Implement and optimize automation solutions for production lines.
Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance processes for increased efficiency and quality.
Technical Support: Provide support to maintenance teams for system reliability and uptime.
Compliance: Ensure systems meet industry safety standards and regulations.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.
3+ years experience with PLCs (Rockwell Allen Bradley or Siemens) in manufacturing.
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and control systems.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills in a high-speed environment
