Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze monetization performance across mobile games Track and report key KPIs such as ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and revenue trends Prepare, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel Analyze player behavior and monetization data to identify revenue opportunities Support optimization of in-app purchases (IAPs), ad monetization, and live events Assist in analyzing A/B test results and feature performance Collaborate with Product, UA, Game Design, and Analytics teams Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all monetization data Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, charts, and data visualization) Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work with large datasets and performance metrics Basic understanding or strong interest in mobile games and in-game economies Good communication and reporting skills
