Key Responsibilities: Analyze user purchase behavior and identify opportunities to improve IAP revenue. Monitor key monetization metrics including Conversion Rate, ARPPU, ARPU, LTV, Retention, and Subscription Renewal Rate. Support optimization of pricing, paywalls, subscription offerings, bundles, and promotional campaigns. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for pricing, purchase flows, and promotional offers. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve the purchase experience. Develop dashboards and provide regular reporting on IAP performance. Conduct market and competitor research to identify monetization opportunities. Ensure compliance with Google Play Billing and Apple App Store billing policies Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in mobile app monetization, product analytics, growth, or revenue optimization. Experience analyzing in-app purchases, subscriptions, or digital commerce performance. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization. Understanding of mobile subscription models and purchase funnels. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
