As we expand, we're seeking an exceptional Monetization Manager to join our team! The Monetization team drives revenue growth while ensuring a great gaming experience through data-driven decision-making aligned with company objectives. This role collaborates closely with Data Analysts, Economists, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, and Designers. Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage weekly events and campaigns to drive revenue growth, analyzing user data and behaviour. Conduct A/B testing to optimize revenue, enhance user experience, and implement new features, using insights from user data. Collaborate daily with BA, Economics, QA, Product, R&D, and Design teams to execute high-quality events and promotions. Develop and adjust data dashboards to meet departmental business needs. Requirements 2 + years of experience as a Monetization Manager or Product Monetization in the gaming industry. Proven analytical skills. Experience in project execution and ownership. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
