We are looking for a Monetization Specialist to join the golf division at Lightspeed. You will be responsible to execute a monetization strategy of the Lightspeed Golf Trade/barter inventory and maximize revenue amongst each of the Lightspeed golf customers in your book of business

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience revenue or data operations experience
  • Experience in customer-facing activities
  • Experience in revenue management in golf or other industries
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and teach tech concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills that will ensure the success in selling trade
  • Results-driven, metrics-oriented, and resourceful

Responsibilities
  • Work daily with the implementation team to determine the posting of the trade as efficiently as possible.
  • Manage sell thru of each course, and adjust accordingly to meet expected forecasted trade budgets
  • Maintain and update require reports
  • Strategize and provide solutions with under performing courses to meet forecasted expectations
  • Work with the account management team to move under performing courses to cash
