Position Summary
The Cardiac Monitor Technician is responsible for conducting basic cardiac rhythm assessments, identifying deviations from baseline, and documenting patient responses to rhythm change interventions.
This position also includes monitoring patient call lights via the patient call system and promptly responding to nurse requests and patient needs.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to two years of related healthcare experience preferred
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Successful annual completion of Basic Rhythm Competency required
