The Opportunity The Ops Monitoring function plays a key role in ensuring the stability, performance and reliability of production environments. The position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, monitoring systems and applications, and managing incidents and service requests in line with defined service levels. Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and French-speaking users, the role ensures that batch processes, database operations, system activities and application services run smoothly. It requires a structured and methodical approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a collaborative team environment. This position is essential in maintaining operational continuity, supporting audit requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring and production processes. What will you do? Responsible for the management and resolution of incident tickets, including batch processing incidents, database, system and application issues, and hardware-related matters, as well as handling various catalogue requests such as file and directory deposits, modifications, creations, copies and transmissions, database actions, log transfers, processing execution, information requests and backup tape distribution. Ensure the daily update and maintenance of documentation required for operational activities across production environments, including the preparation and upkeep of RUN procedures and instruction sheets. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Participate, where required, in meetings and audit activities related to the accounts managed by the CAT unit. Contribute to the live ticketing process by supporting and recommending appropriate prioritisation of tasks and incidents.
