Description Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour overnight shift with alternating weekends. Overnight or evening hours available. Pay: $19 an hour plus monthly performance bonus Located in Union, New Jersey, our state -of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Monitoring Associate, you will help our high-profile and elite clienteles all over the country protect their properties. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to our clients in order to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real-time alarms Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments, when necessary Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers Requirements 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment Comfortable using a computer and modern technology Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and strong desire to help others Access to reliable transportation About Affiliated Monitoring Affiliated Monitoring keeps millions of people safe by monitoring the health and security systems that protect them.
