You will be responsible for building robust monitoring architectures, configuring alerting and escalation workflows, and supporting proactive incident detection and resolution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define monitoring requirements, SLAs, and alert thresholds while continuously improving observability and operational efficiency. Your Profile Strong knowledge of monitoring architecture with hands‑on experience in Zabbix administration, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. In‑depth understanding of SNMP, API integrations, and modern monitoring protocols. Experience in configuring Zabbix triggers, actions, discovery rules, and integrations with third‑party alerting, orchestration, and ITSM tools. Hands‑on experience with Grafana for dashboarding, visualization, and performance reporting. Practical experience using PagerDuty for alerting, escalation policies, and incident response automation.
