Description
The MEAL Coordinator ensures the integration of evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and learning across NRC’s programmes by coordinating and strengthening MEAL systems and standards at the Area Office level. The role of the MEAL Coordinator is to ensure that MEAL systems, plans, tools, and procedures are effectively implemented, while providing technical supervision, capacity building, and guidance to MEAL staff and programme teams. The position plays a bridging role between strategic MEAL frameworks set at CO level and their practical application across projects, ensuring that evidence inform programme decision-making, learning, and adaptation.
