For more information on SNV, please refer to our website: www.snv.org Job Description The Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant ensures accurate data collection, data quality, reporting, and documentation to support evidence-based decision-making and donor compliance. Key Responsibilities Support compliance with monitoring frameworks and key indicators in accordance with the signed field level agreement. Ensure consistency between field data and reported results. Assist in the preparation of donor and stakeholder reports. Analyse data, identifying trends, patterns, and performance gaps. Maintain proper records for audit and accountability purposes Collect and organize data systematically. Conduct regular M&E health checks. Manage and maintain the M&E data management platform. Contribute to M&E knowledge development and learning processes. Support co-development and refinement of the M&E framework. Qualifications ​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in M&E or data-related work. Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, Python, and SPSS Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with strong knowledge of socio-economic modelling within the agri-food ecosystem. Demonstrated strong data management, analytical, and communication skills. Core Competencies Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills with field teams and stakeholders. Good report-writing skills.
