L'objectif du poste de Coordinateur.trice MEAL est de coordonner et d’adapter les systèmes et standards de Suivi, Évaluation, Redevabilité et Apprentissage (MEAL) du NRC au niveau de l’Area. Le Coordinateur veille à ce que les systèmes, plans, outils et procédures MEAL soient effectivement mis en œuvre, et fournit une supervision technique, un renforcement des capacités et des orientations au personnel MEAL ainsi qu’aux équipes programmes. Le poste joue un rôle de pont entre les cadres stratégiques MEAL définis au niveau CO et leur application pratique dans les projets, garantissant que les preuves alimentent la prise de décision des programmes, l’apprentissage et l’adaptation. Responsibilities

The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for adapting and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems at the area level. They provide technical supervision and capacity building to staff to ensure evidence-based decision-making and program adaptation.
