Position Summary Protos Remote Services has an immediate need for a Monitoring Lead to join their rapidly growing team. This position is on-site in Norcross, GA and operating hours are overnight.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Monitor live streaming of surveillance cameras for suspicious activity * Identify patterns and abnormalities * Respond to camera alerts per established protocols * Alert local authorities and/or organizations for critical incidents * Review archived camera footage * Provide excellent customer service * Assist the Monitoring Supervisor with managing the performance a team of approximately 35 Monitoring Specialists and Monitoring Leads to ensure activities shown on camera surveillance are properly responded to and documented * Responsible for assisting with the training of new-hire Monitoring Specialists * Responsible for preparing and distributing detailed reports of site-related incidents to property managers and stakeholders * Responsible for regular communication on day-to-day activities and issues to the Monitoring Supervisor and Monitoring Manager Qualifications & Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software • Positive, professional demeanor • Must be detail oriented, focused, and reliable • Ability to multi-task while still meeting service expectations • Previous experience in security, loss prevention or remote monitoring required  * Supervisory/management experience preferred Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Protos Security, we are a community of driven professionals working together to make the world safer through technology and service.
