Monitor financial data and regulatory compliance across casino platforms, ensuring systems run smoothly. Provide monitoring, data visualization support for product-level incident management. Handle incident reporting and production issues, escalating and resolving urgent matters swiftly. Distribute daily and weekly reports, analyze trends, and contribute to process documentation using Confluence.
