• Monitor the implementation and ongoing operation of the System of Quality Management (ISQM 1).
• Conduct regular reviews of audit engagements to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in audit quality and provide recommendations to engagement teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Support the Director of QRM in preparing for and responding to regulatory inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to audit teams on quality management and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to quality and risk management.
• Prepare reports on the findings of monitoring activities and present them to senior management.
