REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrate curiosity and critical thinking abilities.
  • Top-Tier Negotiation: Excel in negotiation and communication with a strong, persuasive approach.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and related collection laws is preferred.
