SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Montessori Directress for children aged 3-6 to join our team at KinderHeart Montessori. This role is pivotal in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the developmental needs of young children while embodying our commitment to child-centered education.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual abilities are an asset but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a classroom effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
