RECE and/or Montessori Certified teachers
Kinderbrook Montessori, Ajax, is looking for a Montessori Directress and/or Registered Early Childhood Educators to join the ‘Kinderbrook’ team.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least 1 year experience in a Montessori Environment
- Believe that the child will show true nature through working with the materials.
- Have the ability to follow the child
- Understands and complies with provincial, municipal regulations
- Be able to do progress reports
- Design a program plan that caters to the whole child development.
- Enjoys engaging in outdoor activities with children
- Enjoys creating art related projects with the children
- Be willing to engage in Professional Development opportunities
- Commit to preparing and maintaining the environment in perfect order
- Have patience and humility
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and hold a capacity to work as a team.
- Respond with sensitivity to the individual child’s needs and have an ongoing communication with the families.
- Must be flexible and open to extended help where needed.

• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR
• Up-to-date Immunization and 2 STEP TB test
• Police Clearance Check – vulnerable sector
