Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child’s development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills and teamwork through group activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Participate in school activities and events like professional developmental days, parent-teacher conference, winter concert, and etc.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, including those of children with disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
