A respected Montessori school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Casa Teacher to work with children aged 3–6 years in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will hold AMI or MACTE qualifications and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and observation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• AMI or MACTE Montessori certification
• Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education or related field
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and keen observation skills

• Guide and support children in a Casa (3–6 years) Montessori environment
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate with parents
• Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness in compliance with all regulations
