REQUIREMENTS:

• Montessori teaching qualification (essential)
• Level 3+ childcare/early years education qualification (essential)
• Experience working with children aged 2–5 years old
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to start immediately or as soon as possible
• Comfortable with the 8am–6pm, 4-day work pattern

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Link3 is seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Montessori Teacher to join our friendly and supportive early years setting, working with children aged 2–5 years old. This is an excellent opportunity to bring the Montessori philosophy to life in a vibrant, nurturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences following Montessori principles and EYFS guidelines
• Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe environment for children
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child’s learning journey
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
