Are you a passionate and experienced Montessori Lead dedicated to fostering a child-centered learning environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic educator to join our team and guide young learners using the Montessori method.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Montessori Diploma from a MACTE-accredited or AMI-recognized training program.
✅ Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) (preferred for licensed childcare settings).
✅ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Montessori classroom.
✅ Strong understanding of CCEYA regulations and Ontario’s Early Learning Framework.
✅ Excellent classroom management and child observation skills.
✅ First Aid & CPR (Level C) Certification.
✅ Vulnerable Sector Check (required).

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Montessori Directress, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that follows Montessori principles while meeting Ontario’s licensing regulations (CCEYA). You will guide children through their early developmental years, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
