POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher for our Primary classroom (ages 3–5 years). The ideal candidate will bring both a respect for the Montessori philosophy and a passion for guiding young learners through their most formative years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE accredited) preferred (or actively in training).
• Experience with preschool or early childhood education strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A warm, patient, and collaborative spirit.

• Prepare and maintain a welcoming Montessori environment tailored to children ages 3–5.
• Guide children through lessons and activities that foster independence and curiosity.
• Observe, document, and support each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Promote respect, kindness, and community within the classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and families to ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience.
