Our aim is to ensure that every child develops his or her full potential in preparation for the next stage of their school journey. Little Adventurers Montessori is a successful and thriving family run nursery business with an award winning leadership team. Our new setting is opening in April 2025 in Allerton Bywater WF10.

We are looking for:-
Montessori Teacher
You will be qualified with a full and relevant (UK recognised) Montessori Diploma at Level 3 or above (full and relevant) and have in excess of 2 years experience in childcare. If you do not have a Montessori Diploma you may be qualified at Level 3 with an IMP Certificate. If you do not have either of these qualifications, please do not apply.
All applicants must have paediatric first aid, or be willing to complete this before employment begins.

3 day week 30 hours
4 day week 37-40 hours

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The roles involve creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in fostering children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and well-being.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of how to care for babies including how to support them through weaning.
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A nurturing attitude towards children, fostering an environment of trust and support.
