We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Co-Directress/Assistant to join our team, working with children aged 3 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will support the team in creating and maintaining a prepared Montessori environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. This role involves guiding children with respect, observing and documenting their development, and contributing to a calm, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Montessori certification or studying Montessori preferred.
• Able to work with children ages 3–6 in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, and respectful approach to guiding children.
• Commitment to the Montessori philosophy and continuous learning.
