The ideal candidate will have:

  • A warm and friendly, honest, and loving personality to interact perfectly well with children.
  • Be able to interact and establish a positive relationship with the children’s families.
  • Be able to prepare and maintain the classroom environment in which the Montessori approach to education is implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-4 years.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress and communicate with parents about their child’s development.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate curriculum activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Any related
  • Possess an Association Montessori International (AMI) diploma or a Montessori diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery or preschool setting.
  • First aid certification is preferred.
  • Passion for working with young children and creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Resident Visa preferred
