Monthly Job Fair: Part-Time Registered Behavioral Technician (Essex County)   Dates:  * June 29, 2026 & July 29, 2026 (Location: Union, NJ Office) * July 8, 2026 & August 5, 2026 (Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Office)   Who is Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare? Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Therapeutic Support Services designed to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to providing individualized care for every client.   Roles & Responsibilities:   A RBT will visit the client at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth. Our RBTs typically work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer. Services are available any day of the week to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients. * Will work with both Respite Care and Behavioral Assistant cases * Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan: * Environmental arrangement. * Proactive strategies * Acquisition of functional skills (Including ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living). * Reduction of problem behaviors. * Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines * Compliance with service authorization timelines. * Crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention. * Follow and implement agency policies. * Participate in required training. * In-home, In-community, In-center (Orange Twp).
