What You’ll Be Doing: Offer person-centered support tailored to each individual’s unique needs — including personal care, behavioral support, and emotional coaching Utilize positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques to help navigate challenging situations Assist with transportation for community outings and medical appointments Create and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming home environment Support with household responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry Encourage independence by teaching essential skills like budgeting, communication, and decision-making Build meaningful relationships based on respect, advocacy, and trust Complete accurate documentation to ensure quality support and compliance Location: Monticello, MN Shifts Available: Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights Pay Rate: $19.00/hour What You’ll Bring to the Team: At least 1 year of experience as a DSP or similar Familiarity with de-escalation techniques Must be 18 years of age or older Hold a Valid U.S. Drivers license with a clean driving record Reliable, insured transportation Must Pass a DHS Background Check and Benefits & Perks: Paid, hands-on training Education assistance and professional development opportunities 401(k) with employer matching Paid Time Off and sick leave Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and Health Savings Account options Opportunities for growth and internal advancement We’d love to meet you!
