Anthem Music School is a lively, welcoming community where children grow in confidence through music. We’re now looking for a Monton Site Manager to lead the smooth day-to-day running of our school, support and develop our teaching team, and ensure every student and family has a fantastic experience.

FRONT OF HOUSE & FAMILY EXPERIENCE

• Be the welcoming face families see when they arrive
• Ensure smooth, safe student arrivals and pickups (Student Exit Policy)
• Oversee class transitions and keep the daily schedule on track
• Handle queries with warmth and professionalism

You’ll be responsible for both the operational running of Monton and the development of our teaching team.
