Job Purpose Develop and manage Morale & Engagement Programs that will enable the growth of associates at all levels based on department priorities or given objectives. Key Accountabilities Morale Leader (Assigned an In-house Dept or AE) • POCA on department Morale KPl's to assure achievement or continuous improvement • Create, Develop & Maintain Morale BP Strategy • Manage Morale BP Themes to assure on-time completion and in/out achievement • Lead Development & Presentation of Departmental Morale Monthly Report to department and Div. Management • BP Theme Leadership as assigned by department Involvement Leader (Assigned an In-house Dept or AE) • Submit, Evaluate, Approve/Disapprove, Route and grade Innovations and Kudos • Guide/train associates on the suggestion process, assist with getting needed materials and follow up on open suggestions, associate participation growth • Track and report Involvement activity and progress; communicate I presentations of plant tours • Assist in planning/organizing plant Engagement and Involvement activities i.e., Involvement Celebrations, Honda Tours, Company Celebrations. Office Facilitator • Manage inter-office communications or bulletins • Track inventorv of office suoolies, orderina and restockina as needed IT Advocate (Civic Rep) • Track PC hardware inventory, place ITSM requests, and be the main contact between NA AHM IT and assianed deoartment(s) responsible for. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications BS or 4 years of applicable experience Minimum Experience 0-4 Years of applicable experience based on education Other Job-Specific Skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Positive attitude and flexible to daily changes Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills Team oriented with good leadership skills Ability to plan, prioritize, multitask What differentiates Honda and makes us an employer of choice?
