As a morning baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and sweets in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. REQUIREMENTS:

• Available early mornings weekdays and weekends
• Experience with sourdough and other rustic breads an asset
• Minimum 2 years experience in a bakery or similar work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing, shaping and baking doughs
• Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards to produce consistent results
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools
• Collaborate with the team to plan production schedules and fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Able to carry mid to heavy ingredients
• Following health guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards
