We have immediate need across our territory which covers Dursley, Thornbury and Yate, so if you're located nearby that would be ideal. Job Description Are you a kind and caring person who loves being around other people? Are you new to care but wanting to try something new and exciting? We are looking for Morning Care Assistant's to join our team to support our growing client base across the Dursley, Thornbury & Yate areas, as well and the villages in between. Your role would be to support clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead and lunch time visits between 8am & 2pm. Our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour and we want you to build a meaningful relationship with those you support, so you will see regular clients. As a Morning Care Assistant with us we can offer you: £12.50 - £13.25 per hour £25 per hour on a bank holiday Paid travel time and mileage between clients Full, paid induction training and ongoing support Free Blue Light Card and access to a fuel card Pension scheme Access to our Care Skills Academy – training, mentoring, funded qualifications and clear career progression Wellbeing Hub with resources on mental health, menopause, sleep, nutrition and more Regular, consistent clients, enabling you to build a relationship with those you support Recognition and reward – because you care for our clients, and we care for you! What do we need from you? We need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).
