Location: Carmarthen
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 24.5 per week | Shifts: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 3 on, 3 off (includes weekends & public holidays)

YOUR ROLE

As a Morning Care Assistant, you’ll help residents begin their day in a way that’s safe, positive, and person-centred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Helping with breakfast and morning mealtime routines
• Providing emotional reassurance and a friendly, respectful presence
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
