We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed Care Assistants to join our growing team in Sefton. What We Offer Competitive pay – £12.25-£13.25 per hour 35p mileage allowance Part-time hours available Morning shift patterns starting from 7:00am and finishing at 2:00pm Evening shift patterns starting from 3:00pm and finishing at 11:00pm Permanent availabilities offered within a regular working area Comprehensive paid training, shadowing and ongoing support Career progression opportunities including enrolment for NVQ Qualifications A supportive and friendly team environment Employment pension scheme Paid annual leave £200.00 Refer a friend bonus scheme Loyalty pay scheme – earn additional leave and pay Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle What We’re Looking For Female candidates only - due to client preferences and the provision of personal care A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, patient, and empathetic nature Able to work one day every weekend or alternate full weekends Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided Right at Home Sefton is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
