Schedule: 2.5 - 3 hour shifts per location, shifts END by 10:30am Monday–Friday (required) Location: DENTON (Near UNT DATCU Stadium) Consistent weekday morning availability is mandatory Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to perform MORNING cleaning services for job sites. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady, part-time work with a consistent schedule. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Empty trash and replace liners Spot-clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures Communicate issues/concerns immediately to the manager Requirements: Must be available Monday–Friday Mornings Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Open to feedback and special requests from sites on occasion Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a background check What We Offer: Consistent weekday evening schedule Predictable hours Cross-training at multiple sites if desired Opportunity for additional shifts as available, including weekends Supportive and professional work environment Communication via Team App with team members, keeping personal phone numbers private Vest provided Pay: First 30-days $15/hr, increasing to $17/hr after 30 days consistent performance
