Job requirements (Pastry Cook):

• Laminating, shaping, and production of viennoiseries, puff pastry, and morning pastries

Passion for pastries (professional pastry experience not required, but must be willing to learn)

• Successful completion of a Pastry and/or Culinary Diploma or equivalent experience as an asset
• Food Safe Level 1
• Working weekends and holidays are a must
• Ability to lift 23 Kg (50 lbs)
