Fat Pat’s is serving some of the best sandwiches in Manchester out of a hole in the wall and we’re looking to expand our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a food start-up, flexibility and an open mind will be needed. You will be working closely with a small team and as such we’re expecting you to pick up things quickly.
This particular role will involve an early start at or around 6AM, with finishes no later than 4PM. It’s the ideal position for someone wanting to have a kitchen role with ‘sociable‘ working hours.
Cooking experience is essential, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time when cooking and preparing food.
To work as a team player and maintain an excellent work ethic.
To uphold communication and leadership skills during service.
To maintain a safe and an extremely sanitary environment.
To uphold expectations of high-volume cooking which will require excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to sustainably work in a fast paced environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience or in a similar role is essential, however, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
