Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders, and anticipating member needs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience. Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to think on your feet. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. Ability to proactively anticipate member and guest needs. Must be reliable and punctual. Superior working memory. Self-motivated and accountable for one's actions. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Requirements EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Basic math skills. Prior server experience is preferred. 2 years of food & cocktail service experience. Fluent in written and conversational English. Experienced computer user. Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces. Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs. EXPECTED WORK HOURS This is a seasonal position from May through September/December Up to full-time hours during the season Varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
